The East End District staff and crews will respond to graffiti, street litter, and illegal dumpsite violations reported by our East End constituents. Please call our offices at 713-928-9916, or email services@eastenddistrict.com to report these problems.

Other non-emergency problems should be reported to the City of Houston by calling 3-1-1, or at Houston 311.

These include:

Heavy trash violations
Esplanade mowing
Potholes
Abandoned buildings
Weeded lots
Storm drain problems
Missing street signs

Street lamp outages can be reported directly to CenterPoint Energy .

The EED further assures every effort will be made to ensure nondiscrimination in all of its Federally Funded Programs. The policy will apply to all EED Federally Funded Programs.
