The East End community celebrated the opening of Guadalupe Plaza Park on July 30, renovated under the TIGER grant funding awarded to the City of Houston in 2012. Thank you to all of our neighbors and guests, Mayor Turner and Council Members, local and state elected officials, the Houston Parks & Recreation Department, and our great East End partners for making this a morning to remember!
